Annual Conference

The conference is being held this year at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Spa in Huntsville, Alabama, October 13-15.

The room rate is $112 per night. Pre-registration is $75, and on-site registration is $100. Pre-register before October 1^st and save $25!

The Embassy Suites provides free breakfast every morning and free “Happy Hour” from 5:30 to 7:30 every day. All of the room are suites and have sofa beds, so a double should accommodate at least five people. Start now rounding up your roommates!

The Board realizes that this is the first year in a long time that Pardons and Paroles has been financially unable to pay conference registration and per diem. However, they are hoping and counting on the “regulars” that know what it’s always a great training conference and good times; as well as new-comers that will sure to become regulars. With (or without) roommates, what the hotel offers free to its guests, and what the conference registration includes, I’m sure you will realize that you definitely get your money’s worth and then some. And don’t forget the hotel does have a spa for those who wish to get a little work-related stress relief.

Please go ahead and pre-register and book your rooms. This helps the Board better prepare for the number of people expected to attend, and also ensures that you get a room at the conference rate, because there were fewer rooms blocked this year than normal.
